We have the resources and experience to implement projects under Lump Sum/Stipulated Sum Agreements, as members of a Design/Build team, under Cost of the Work Plus a Fee arrangements as well as acting on behalf of the Owner as the Construction Manager.

At ECC, we work hand in hand with our Project Owners, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Jurisdictional Authorities to ensure success from project inception to completion.
