    Multi-faceted expansion project to increase functionality

    of building amenities to account for full building

    occupancy. Expansion of existing fitness facilities to

    incorporate expanded free weights and cardio rooms;

    addition of group fitness room and expansion of 

    bathroom facilities. Addition of 1,200 kW of

    emergency generators to ensure entirety of building is

    100% functional for 48 hours in the event of power

    outage. Construction of 7,000 sf hardscape 

    improvements to create a patio area with grille and 

    seating area.
