Initial lobby renovations began in Fall of 2011; Phase

1 renovations took place in 2012. Overall building-

wide upgrades, renovations and improvements which

included: complete interior demolition, renovations of

common areas (bathrooms, corridors, and elevator

lobbies), mechanical improvements (new cooling towers

rooftop units with energy recovery, new building

automation with direct digital controls), plumbing

upgrades, new emergency generators, roof replacement,

destination technology at passenger elevators, new

building entrances and entrance canopies, new security

system and lower level amenities (kitchen and cafeteria

[Sodexo], conference rooms, fitness center, mailroom)

and fire alarm system upgrades; twelve month project;

completed in April, 2014.
